While some people have been involved in sports their entire life, I was the last picked kid in all school sports. Fast forward to having 2 kids, and searching for a way to rid the baby weight, I turned to running...which was a game changer, but not without injury....so I swam....then biked...then the amazing world of TRIATHLON!!!
Sport changed my life! After only a couple years in, I was listed as one of Florida's 50 fastest women in the 5K. Qualified for Boston Marathon, Team USA multiple times, and a 12 Time Ironman finisher.
I have been a Certified Ironman Coach for 6 years, and a USAT Level 1 coach for 3 years.
I want to share my love of the sport with you, and let you know that You can accomplish so much and get fit and healthy even if it is late in your life too!!

I have dabbled in triathlon, but prefer to focus on the cycling and running aspects more.

Both of the Time2Race coaches are involved with Addie Ray Racing, a non-profit whose aim is to include differently abled athletes to experience the thrill of racing.
